Your responsibilities if you join us will include the following:
Developing and maintaining the travel agency distribution network to achieve targets in terms of volume, revenue, and market share.
Prospecting potential customers (corporate, businesses, individuals, etc.) and selling the company's products and services to increase revenue in terms of volume, value, and market share.
Negotiate group contracts (associations, corporations, companies, schools, etc.) to maximize revenue.
Negotiate, sign, and follow up on corporate contracts and partner agency contracts, renegotiating them if the assigned objectives are not met.
Target potential customers from travel agencies in your portfolio for commercial prospecting.
Negotiate commercial agreements for key account customers in accordance with company procedures.
Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as a point of contact for the distribution network and corporate customers and maintain the company's brand image.
Carry out loyalty, motivation, and promotional activities defined in the implementation of marketing actions.
Monitor the competition in the market and apply best practices to the company.
Maintain and update the performance monitoring dashboard for your segment and produce regular, quantified activity reports for your managers.
Develop and submit sales action plans to your managers for approval, then implement them.
Perform any other tasks assigned by your managers as part of your duties.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
Proficiency in sales techniques.
Proficiency in drafting and implementing sales plans.
Sales negotiation.

Analytical and synthesis skills.
Availability – Neat appearance – Creativity – Communication skills – Customer focus – Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desirable/plus:
Knowledge of air transport regulations
Previous professional experience:
Minimum of two (02) years' previous experience in a sales team
Significant experience in B2B sales
