Your main responsibilities
Under the authority of the Designated Flight Operations Manager (DFOM), he/she is responsible for assisting the commander in the operation of the aircraft, carrying out the operational tasks required for the proper conduct of flights in accordance with the regulations in force and the company’s procedures, and performing various tasks during their instruction during the flight.
Position Purpose
The First Officer is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft in accordance with applicable civil aviation regulations, the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), Company Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Safety Management System (SMS).
As a member of the flight crew, the First Officer actively contributes to all phases of flight preparation, execution, and post-flight activities, while exercising sound airmanship, crew resource management (CRM), and professional judgment. The First Officer shares responsibility with the Captain for maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
Skills, know-how, and professional qualities
Requirements and qualifications
Hold a valid Professional Pilot Licence (CPL/IR/ME and ATPL Frozen);
Hold a Valid Type Qualification (TQ) Q400 ;
Hold a valid aviation medical certificate Class 1 ;
Assets considered
Know the IATA rules and procedures;
Have a professional level of aeronautical English (minimum ICAO Level 4 ) ;
Have a good knowledge of aviation regulations and aircraft systems;
Demonstrate rigor, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Selection process
Preselected candidates will be subject to the following steps:

Psychometric assessment (Sigmund);
Interview with the Air Operations Department (DOA) and Human Resources;
Technical test / theoretical knowledge assessment;
Final interview with the General Management.
